We enlisted Peter’s help in buying our first home in Florida. Fortunately, it did not take long to find a wonderful house in a great area. Peter was the utmost professional, knowledgeable about the area and things to consider (particularly since we haven’t lived in Florida long and it was our first home purchase here), very reliable and accessible. We rarely had to ask Peter for anything. He was already 5 steps ahead of us, proactively kept us informed, and communicated exceptionally well with the other parties involved in the home buying process. We felt he was a valuable, calming presence every step of the way and would highly recommend his expertise and services when buying a home. This was one of the smoothest real estate transactions my husband and I have ever had. As real estate investors, we’ve purchased more than 50 properties over the years and working with Peter was one of the best experiences that we’ve ever had. Peter was always on top of emails and text messages and responded to my questions within minutes every single time. He was patient and showed us every property we requested to see and even recommended a couple others that we didn’t know about. Since this was the first time purchasing property in Florida we asked for recommendations for a mortgage company and title company. I am so grateful that I worked with Peter to purchase my first home here in Florida! As someone new to the state, Peter made sure I understood all the different building types and features that are important to the climate here and both the pro's and con's of every home.
