By luck I found Courtney on Zillow while searching for homes, she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was genuinely looking after our best interest and was so helpful. She responded quickly to every question and so many requests. She made the home buying experience a very smooth and worry free situation as possible. Courtney is AMAZING!! My fiancé used her to buy his house a few years ago and had a great experience with her, so I didn’t hesitate to reach out to her when I was ready to sell mine; she couldn’t have made it a better experience! Courtney is organized, was always reachable, super helpful, and has a lot of contacts and expertise to get the job done. She gave great advice regarding staging, pricing, and offers, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had to get my water heater replaced before listing, and she seamlessly coordinated the whole thing; it was fixed before I knew it, and I didn’t even have to be at the house during the replacement. The sale was quick, painless, and a huge success; I’ve already started using her to find me a new house!! Thank you Courtney!

Courtney was a pleasure to work with from start to finish!! When I contacted her to talk about selling my first home, she took time to sit down with me and go over all the details that come with selling a home. She made sure that I was comfortable with every step and took all of the questions and comments into consideration as the process moved along. She was genuinely excited for me when the house sold and even had a little gift waiting to help me celebrate once the papers were signed! I will definitely use Courtney as my journey for my forever home continues and will recommend her to anyone I know that is planning on selling or buying!

When I reached out to Courtney for help selling a place, she started off gathering information on the property and my motivations and needs for selling. She then made everything incredibly easy: listing, staging, showing, presenting offers, and closing. Courtney also stayed in touch throughout the process, lined up people to do a few needed repairs, and made sure the yard looked good for prospective buyers -- all essential, because I don't live in the same state as the place I was selling. In a very short time, the place was sold and I came away with more than I expected. I've worked with agents before and they've all been fine. Courtney is a step above the norm. For any future listings in her area, I'll be working with her.
