Christina was extremely helpful in finalizing the purchase of our home in Garnet Valley under very trying circumstances with our mortgage broker and the seller. The closing was postponed twice but Christina pulled it all together at the last moment! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new home.

Chris is the utmost professional realtor I have ever worked with in the residential real estate market. Chris is very knowledgeable about the market especially in Chester County, PA. She helped me to market and sell my home within a two weeks and she is currently helping me to find a new home. Chris is very patient and very responsive to her clients’ needs. Selling your house is a very stressful experience no matter what, but Chris worked with us every step of the way and made the process as easy as possible. She was there for us whenever we called and helped us overcome every obstacle. In short, I would highly recommend her.

Based out of PA and a top seller there, Chris was awesome about keeping up with our Wilmington goals. Took us a long time to find what we wanted, longer than we expected and she and Sam were so reassuring. They were honest and direct about homes we saw and clearly had our best interests in mind. Great experience!!
