I worked with Paula to purchase my home. Paula was very helpful in the buying process and was very patient, as I am very particular about certain things- typically things that others are not as concerned with, but Paula was very on point in ensuring that those items were a priority. Even when I was very stubborn (which worked out in the end), she was still willing to make whatever requests/contingencies that I asked for. Thank you Paula!

We unfortunately had a very difficult experience working with Paula. We found her more interested in closing the deal, at any price than working hard to make the most money on our home. She even suggested we lower the price because we weren't getting any offers, which at this point the house was only on the market for two weeks. We did not take her advice and the house sold at asking price (one month after being on the market) to which she said "she was shocked." She is very scattered, late, and unorganized. Her paperwork had errors and her advice was never in our best interest.

Paula was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful throuout the process of buying our new home. She showed us many houses and was patient with us, even as we struggled with our indecision. After multiple houses, she told that she found “the one”, and she was right!

Paula was a great agent. Her assistance in getting our house staged for sale was extremely valuable. We had a full price offer on our home within two days of listing it. Paula was also great in helping us find and get to closing on our new home.

Paula goes above and beyond to help her clients. She was willing to come and help stage my house. Paula help us find contractors to repair a few things needed to be done before closing and met them at the house when I was not able to.
