Paula and her husband Brad are a dynamic duo! I bought my house in June, at the height of when it was a seller's market and sellers were making no concessions. We had to go through a few houses before we found one. All the houses prior to the one I got that were in my price range had some pretty major issues, and Paula was honest with me about what she thought. I was 1 of 30 offers on the house I ended up with! I honestly believe if it wasn't for Paula's advice on what might be an enticing offer, I wouldn't have ended up being picked by the seller.

Paula & Brad have been amazing thrifuh the whole process! Myself and my wife where first time home buyers and made the process. Wry east to understand and walked us through every step of the way! I would highly recommend them and when we buy our next house in couple of years, we will definetly be asking for their assistance again!
