It was wonderful to find Paul Virgadamo after firing one realtor and interviewing at least five more. I had been sorting through different realtor referrals in a vast sea of hyper-stylized websites, cutesy team names and cliche Facebook posts. I didn’t want to hire a social media darling; I wanted a true real estate professional who actually knew the market and had a proven track record. Paul exceeded my expectations in every category. Within the first five minutes of meeting him, I knew he was different. He had a comprehensive marketing plan (including AI) and knew exactly how he was going to sell my home. Paul did actual research for my home instead of just throwing some comps out on a table for me to read. I asked tough questions and he had direct answers. He was accommodating and professional in every aspect of our transactions. He sold my home within two weeks and closed within thirty days. In my opinion he is not just the best, he is one of a kind. Without hesitation I highly recommend Paul Virgadamo to everyone.

My partner and I began the process of looking for a home to purchase in Pinellas county, which is thriving. We signed up online with a few services to learn more information and through that "assigned" a local agent to work with. We were contacted once by this agent that raved about his google reviews, but we saw no action within the first week or even after. So, we decided to begin searching on our own through open houses. Our first open house we met Sam Callahan and began to talk about homes in the area, and what we were looking for. Sam was knowledgeable about the area, real estate process and had a professional, yet personable attitude. We felt comfortable sharing with him more about our family and what our wants/needs were for a new home. Sam had great communication throughout the process of looking for potential homes to view, providing different options and learning what our must haves were. We even messaged him a number of times in the late evening and received a response from him quickly. For us, communication is everything. He provided help with understanding the offer and negotiation process and trying to compete in the current market. Houses moved quickly when we were looking (within a matter of hours a home had a pending contract), so needless to say it was a little defeating at times. Sam came across as a positive person and showed his determination to help us find a house that was perfect for us. We found a great home and even beat 19 other offers with his help! Overall, we had an awesome experience working with Sam. He is definitely there to represent you and help guide you in the process of purchasing a home.

Jillian is amazing at what she does! Very trustworthy, hardworking and professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home ! 5 stars all around :)

Paul and his team were incredible! I cannot recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond in every way and knew tons of people who could fix issues in a timely and efficient manner, and on short notice. He was a consummate professional and a kind and considerate man. If every I need help again, he will be the first and only person I call!

We just love our new home and couldn’t be happier! We bought our home while out of state and Sharon we amazing!! She organized everything and made the process so much easier for us.
