Paul was our agent for locating and purchasing our home after relocating from out of state. He was excellent in many ways. He listened carefully about what we were looking for. His recommendations and advice were well expressed and always helpful. During the entire process, he communicated frequently and was always available in a reasonable time to answer questions and address concerns. Paul is the best! He helped me and my husband find our first home in a crazy sellers market. We were all over the place with what we wanted in a home and where we wanted to live and Paul knew from the beginning what towns we should look in for what we wanted and he was right all along. He has decades of experience and advised us his professional opinions. He answered all our questions through the process and was very responsive at all hours of the day or night. He did an awesome job explaining the process to us as first time buyers and helping us through it when we were clueless. He tells it how it is. Thank you for everything Paul!

Paul was fantastic agent to work with. His knowledge of the market allowed me to price my house at a value that it actually appraised at which saved a lot in negotiations. He handled multiple appointments for me concerning the house that created conflicted in my schedule. He was there for every step as I needed him. I could not have asked for better service.
