Patty has been working with me to locate an antique home on a limited budget in a competitive seller's market. Throughout this process, she has been a consummate professional. I can always count on her to be friendly with listing agents and home inspectors. She's willing to travel to New Haven, Middlesex, New London, and Windham counties and has taken the time to do market analyses for me to determine if renovation expenses would result in an increase in the house's value and a recoupment of my investment. Patty is never judgmental about my taste in homes and provides good advice on pricing and negotiation. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Patty Gallagher is an excellent real estate representative who found the perfect home for us because: * She is very professional and is an effective listener * She was able to find the ideal home for us because of her contacts within the industry * She found our home BEFORE it even came on the market; it met all of our requirements including a price that was within our comfort zone. Patty walked us through the difficult stages of making an offer, agreeing on final purchase price, have the home inspection and arranging for an efficient and timely closing. Without her total commitment to the client, we would still be looking for our home. We would highly recommend Patty Gallagher as one of the more professional real estate agents in the state of CT.

We worked with Patty for many months to find the right house. When we found it, the house was under contract. Patty continued to check on the house and contacted us when the house did not sell to see if we were still interested. We were and the house is now ours. She was patient, upbeat and a pleasure to work with.
