Our family has worked with Pat many times over the last 20+ years and she is always 5 star! She is experienced, thorough, and highly professional in all situations. She understands the local market, offers excellent advice, has great intuition about what is important to clients (both buyers and sellers), and loves what she does! Each time the process went so smoothly that it was completely painless. Pat is the ultimate professional and thinks of everything. I highly recommend Pat Hensley to be your real estate agent. She provided outstanding personal attention and guidance throughout our home search/offer/negotiate/contract/close/move process. She stayed with us from start to end and made sure everything was perfect. We were located out of state but we have used Pat to both buy and sell houses in the past. She helped us get back to the Triangle, our home area! She even did Facetime walkthroughs on houses so that we could preview potential properties. Pat is a genuinely warm and caring person and we are extremely grateful for this as she kept us on an even keel during the home buying experience which is often stressful and emotional. We give Pat 5 stars in all categories and would give her more if they had them! Thanks Pat!

Pat’s genuine warmth combined with her extensive knowledge and experience make her a superior broker. Pat has an in depth knowledge of the local real estate market. She is compassionate, diligent, patient, responsive and when necessary tough. It is obvious that Pat loves her career helping people navigate the real estate marketplace. We were so thank thankful for her support and guidance through the bittersweet process of selling the home in which we raised our family.

In 2012, Pat sold my home and also represented me as a buyer's agent for the home I subsequently purchased. So, I have experience with Pat on both sides of the real estate equation. Also, having moved a lot, I have bought and sold several homes, in several states, on both coasts. Pat is an OUTSTANDING realtor, and she represented my interests better than I have experienced in any of my past transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable, unfailingly responsive, and (after so many years in the business in the Raleigh area), really knows the market.
