AMAZING is the best word to describe Shauna. We first worked with her when selling my mother-in-law's house and then later when selling our house and buying a new one. She is kind, down-to-earth, always available to talk, hard-working (even hands-on help!), and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. In addition, she aims high when it comes to helping you get the most for your house and tells you just what to do to get there. She also has a superb network of experts at her disposal for every question or task that you meet along the way. Because of her amazingness and expertise we got top dollar for our house (we worked hard and did what she told us to do!) and she helped us find and buy our dream house, too.

Shauna was my realtor and went above and beyond. She does customer (client) services right. Great job taking care of cleaning after a substandard cleaner, professional staging, and great advice on holding even for a quicker sale. Will definitely use again! Thanks Shauna & Team.

About 4 months ago my wife and I came up with a 2 year plan to move back to Arizona...fast forward to the middle of May and we decided to interview some realtors to see who we felt comfortable working with, to sell our home, when we were ready. Pamella Knapp was one of the 3 we decided to meet with...Pamella came to our home and explained her and her team's approach in a very detailed plan...we felt instantly comfortable with Pam and her plan, little did we know that plan ended up needing to go into action almost immediately, as my wife accepted a transfer to Phoenix 2 days later! We had Pam back, on Memorial day, to finalize the listing plan...exterior pics the next day, interior pics Wednesday, ready to go on MLS on Thursday evening, showings Saturday and Sunday and have it sold by Monday...sounds like a perfect plan...the sign went up on Tuesday, prompting a Wednesday call that someone wanted to see the house that day...Pam made the arrangements for the quick showing...that evening Pam messaged that they loved the home and delivered us an offer over asking before the house was technically even listed! Couldn't have had a better experience! We highly recommend Pamella Knapp and the Knapp/Knight Remax team for their professional and amazing effort in selling our home so quickly! Thank you, Pam!

Working with Shauna and team was as seamless as it can get. Being out of town, my wife and I were looking for a realtor who would we willing to work with us over phone and doing most of the work needed to get our house sold. Shauna took care of talking to the renters and getting pictures of the house and also hosting an open house. We got an offer that we were comfortable with and accepted it within 20 days of putting the house on the market. She was quick to answer any questions and always kept us in the loop. Pamella was amazing from beginning to end! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. It took less than a month from the time we listed our home to closing. Everyone in the office communicated effectively and timely, they even arranged for the necessary repairs after the inspection. Pamella and her team did an extraordinary work staging our home as well! We are so happy to have found Pamella and her team, they are the very best!
