Kim did an amazing job. Her listening skills are top notch, and she quickly learned our style and preferences to guide us to right home for us. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Kalamazoo area and of what to look for when viewing a house. She guided us every step of the way and she was always responsive to our questions and concerns. Definitely the kind of agent you want on your side when buying a home.

I recently work with Pamela Knapp to sell my inherited home from out of state. She made the process simple and quick. We were able to most of our discussions remotely and she took care of all of the "on the ground" work as I was out of state. We agreed on a listing price and received over the asking price within a week of the initial listing. The process was fast and simple. I would gladly work with Pam and her team again.
