Let me just say how much I wish I had found Pamela when we first wanted to list the house. Pamela gave us good tips and advice where we didn’t have to pour a ton of money into, in order to sell the house. She staged it (which is soooo important)! She made sure we knew what the house needed so we could keep up on it, since we had moved out of state. She has a team of people who can help with cosmetic things needed for the house and that made such a difference! Our family is so grateful for everything she did to sell the house. Hands down she is one of the best agents out there.

Pam went above and beyond for my family. We were in the process of obtaining a home for my mother who had very specific wants. Pam was able to identify properties that had everything we wanted and took the time to show us each one personally. She was patient and kind throughout the whole process and seemed to know every area, realtor, and listing with expert knowledge. Pam made sure we were comfortable throughout our search and set realistic expectations on timelines and pricing. My mother now has a home she absolutely loves and were I to purchase or sell my home it would without question be through Pam Stearns.

Pam Stearns is the consummate professional. Thoroughly experienced and dedicated to providing any and every service needed to assisit her clients in any transaction. Her reputation preceeds her, but despite it being lofty, it doesn't even do justice to her knowledge and involvement with her customers throughout the sales process. We couldn't have been happier being in Pam's hands
