From the very beginning, Pam asked the right questions to get a feel of our wants and needs. Although she has other customers, it felt as though we were her only clients. Met Pam when we were merely thinking about living in Sun City. Once we actually decided, she was willing and ready to find us our home. I literally gave her the list of wants and don't wants and voila, we saw 7 homes and found our forever because she really listened and HEARD us on what we wanted in a home and knew which ones to show us. I am hopeful that she will not only be our real estate agent, but also a friend as we start our new life in Sun CIty.

Pam, is the first real estate agent we have ever worked with. So with that being said, we really didn't know what to expect. We were very surprised that she walked us through the whole process of getting approved first. We ended up with a little work to do on our score to buy what we want. So we will wait a year and when we are ready We will call Pam. I can't imagine working with anyone other than Pam.
