He verbally committed to being available and followed through with action in being available. While this was a very difficult process for our family, Otto was there to bring relief is some very stressful situations. Our family wholeheartedly are thankful and blessed we used Otto.

I’ve sold 4 homes and have had different realtors each time. Otto was by far the best in terms of professionalism, communication and strategy.
