Otto is way above any real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. After I called for an appointment, within hours there was a knock at my door where an associate presented me with a highly informative brochure that listed past achievements along with comparable properties. Then when I interviewed Otto, I was extremely impressed with his candor, knowledge of every aspect of the process, and overall humility about his past successes. He reminded me that he is in my corner, honest and forthright. Never once did I question his sincerity or integrity. Received three offers the first day property was listed, including the eventual new owner. He provided services for my every need, including some I never thought of. He was ALWAYS there for me. I COULD GO ON FOREVER, OTTO FONSECA IS BEYOND AWESOME.

Otto is an amazing Real Estate Agent. He helped us through the whole process. We were selling a house from out of state and he did so much to coordinate things that needed to be done. This is the second time we have used him and would use him again!

Where do we even start?!?! First, Otto, absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! If you want someone to vouch for you, fight for you every step of the way, and be outright top notch, then GO WITH OTTO!!!! We sold our home when the market was not in our favor, Otto never gave up on us, always kept our heads up, and now welcome him into our family. He really is that guy!! He puts in the work. He is someone you can trust. AND, not only did he sell our home, he provided other services to us like junk removal & even offered to physically help us move. He’s the man!!! To Otto, thank you forever, you helped us reach our dream goals in life and we will always be grateful for you. LET OTTO SELL YOUR HOME!! you wont regret it.

Otto provided quick responses, extensive knowledge of both Orange County / Temecula markets, advising on staging our home for sale and a was great help in the moving process. He was very helpful and friendly in all aspects of our home sale and purchase of new home. He has great contacts with movers and other professionals to assist with moving. We highly recommend trusting and using Otto if selling, buying your home.

Otto did an outstanding job assisting us with selling our property. Otto was very involved from day one! His expertise with the market rates and competitive rates was instrumental with selling our property. He is a straight-forward, friendly, and responsive professional. He also, ensured our needs were met during the entire process. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Otto to assist in purchasing or selling property!
