We will take the risk of sounding arrogant but this review is important to us and we need to write this as we see it. If you’ve ever been through real estate showings and sales and thought you’ve had the best realtor then you have never worked with Olivia Casa Monday. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe Olivia’s work ethic. Olivia is the most professional realtor we’ve been associated with in our decades of home buying and selling. She is on top of every situation ALWAYS and is the best communicator. There was never an issue we weren’t made aware of and she answered calls and texts immediately. Her experience provided us with the confidence we haven’t really felt before. If she told us she was going to do something or find out the answer to a question, she did it and did it promptly. Now let’s talk about follow through. In the past we’ve had realtors who bounced once the paperwork was in place. Not Olivia. She stayed with us and made herself available all the time. She made excellent suggestions and recommendations and we knew she was giving us quality people to work out any issues post-sale and she was always conscious of costs. We felt like we were in good hands, yes. But we also felt pampered. Her knowledge, professionalism, her attention to detail and engaging personality make this so easy to write: we wholeheartedly recommend Olivia. Olivia did a great job of negotiating the best deal for me to finally secure a home in Golden and also helped me after closing to pick out paint colours for the property. This is the second home I've purchased using Olivia and appreciate her responsiveness and negotiation strategies.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Olivia to purchase a home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and far exceeded our expectations. She simplified the process and worked extremely hard from start to finish to ensure we were able to find our dream home. Olivia gracefully answered all of questions while offering sound knowledge that only someone with her level of experience could offer. She shows exceptional commitment to her clients which shined through during our negotiation phase. We entered a negotiation with a seller who was extremely hardheaded and reached a point where a deal was becoming more and more unlikely. Olivia was able to skillfully take over the situation and close a deal that my wife and I were extremely happy with. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of. From arranging inspections to getting quotes and scheduling work, she worked flawlessly to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Olivia went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and understandable. Her communication style and availability throughout the process was excellent and I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to move in the Denver metro area and beyond. Very knowledgeable on the local market and always looking out for her clients' best interest. A+

I am so glad we went with Olivia as our realtor for buying our first home. She worked tirelessly for us and was always available. She is so familiar with the area and the market. She was endlessly patient as she took us to showings, adjusting based on our preferences and helping us find the perfect home. We ended up picking a popular choice, and the sellers had two contracts available to choose between. Olivia was such a good advocate for us and helped us get our first choice over the other offer. After our contract was accepted, she was an excellent negotiator and helped us make a fair deal. We had an issue with the plumbing at our house, and she connected us with an expert she knew to do an additional inspection so we knew that we were getting accurate information. We are so so glad to have had her in our corner during this stressful process!!
