My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Olivia to purchase a home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and far exceeded our expectations. She simplified the process and worked extremely hard from start to finish to ensure we were able to find our dream home. Olivia gracefully answered all of questions while offering sound knowledge that only someone with her level of experience could offer. She shows exceptional commitment to her clients which shined through during our negotiation phase. We entered a negotiation with a seller who was extremely hardheaded and reached a point where a deal was becoming more and more unlikely. Olivia was able to skillfully take over the situation and close a deal that my wife and I were extremely happy with. She worked seriously hard on this negotiation and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Olivia’s commitment to excellence didn’t end here. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of. From arranging inspections to getting quotes and scheduling work, she worked flawlessly to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Olivia went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and understandable. Her communication style and availability throughout the process was excellent and I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to move in the Denver metro area and beyond. Very knowledgeable on the local market and always looking out for her clients' best interest. A+

I am so glad we went with Olivia as our realtor for buying our first home. She worked tirelessly for us and was always available. She is so familiar with the area and the market. She was endlessly patient as she took us to showings, adjusting based on our preferences and helping us find the perfect home. We ended up picking a popular choice, and the sellers had two contracts available to choose between. Olivia was such a good advocate for us and helped us get our first choice over the other offer. After our contract was accepted, she was an excellent negotiator and helped us make a fair deal. We had an issue with the plumbing at our house, and she connected us with an expert she knew to do an additional inspection so we knew that we were getting accurate information. We are so so glad to have had her in our corner during this stressful process!!

Olivia is BEST realtor in town! I know that this is such a cliché to write, but it is true and let me tell you why. Olivia is excellent at her job because she has been doing it for a while. Even in times like this when there is no completion with other buyers because interest rates are extremely high, Olivia is capable of finding exactly what you need and want because she knows the market and she is very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. She is definitely the best person that can help you chose your home and point in the right direction to achieve your dream because she has really good taste (her Italian origins contribute to it), and this quality makes a difference when you chose a realtor. But…most of all, what makes her the best is that she is such a kind caring person. This is definitely a bug plus and not a quality that you find often. Because of this I can guarantee you that Olivia does not care about closing on a house just for the profit. She cares about her clients and their happiness. She cares about you most of all. The process of buying a house is such a personal and challenging decision, that a realtor that cares deeply about you as a person is a sparkly unicorn that you don’t want to miss. She will go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied. Keep reading of you dare…. For us buying a house was a journey that lasted almost 4 years due to family issues that got in the way. We met Olivia because we needed help finding a home and Olivia became our friend in this journey. Actually, she became not only a friend, but family. She helped us every step of the way making sure we were 100% satisfied and happy. After all, it is true that a house is what people make of it, and happy people make a happy house. And this is what she wanted to make sure for us, but this is in general what she wants for all of her clients. For this we really want to thank her for everything she has done for us and we strongly recommend her to everyone that wants to buy a home here in Colorado.

Olivia is simply amazing. She advocated and negotiated for us, her clients, and worked in our best interest. She led the whole process from getting the house ready for sale to closing the deal. Olivia is a hard worker, hustles and gets the job done. We loved working with her.
