Working with Nolan and Beth was a Godsend! We were truly blessed having them as our brokers. They exceeded all of our expectations many times over and provided amazing communication throughout the entire process. Many times they helped us through some unique and very difficult challenges all while providing us with a wealth of knowledge to ensure that we were well informed. Saying that Nolan and Beth were always helpful would be the very least we could say. The grace they displayed while handling all aspects of our situation was truly inspiring. We will be forever great full to them.

Nolan did a terrific job helping on an estate sale. This effort including coordinating with a subcontractor to gut and remodel the unit. The results was a beautiful home. The unit sold quickly. Nolan handled many details and loose ends surrounding the remodel. Nolan communicated consistently and clearly. I'll contact Nolan the next time I have need to buy or sell.

Working with Nolan and his team was exceptional. They exceeded all of my expectations! In the past, he has help me move, and in general he has gone out of his way to be helpful! His communication is amazing, keeping everyone up to date with all that was happening as well as what could happen. They fixed up my home with no money out of pocket, and helped my home sell for more than I could have ever expected. I would have missed out on $70,000 if I hadn't chosen Nolan. He is the best! Nolan is very pleasant to work with! We’ve worked with him more than once over the years. Each time, he has been dependable and honest as well as patient, kind and supportive through all the steps of buying and selling real estate. We are also impressed with the professional resources he is connected with, from inspectors to brokers and all the things in between, Nolan knows! I really could gush positively about Nolan for paragraphs!
