Noah did an outstanding job selling our house in Brainerd. He had a great knowledge of the area and educated us on how to list and stage the house. With Noah's help we were Able to sell our house in 2 days on the market getting multiple over the asking price. Noah waited patiently for 2 years as we waited for the right time to sell when it was time he went right to work. Noah served as our realtor for both a home we sold and the new house we purchased. He is a very hard worker who also communicated timely and clearly. I appreciate also that he patiently walked us through the processes of getting the home ready for sale and seemed to have a accute discernment for the market and values of buying and selling in our area. He has a good "eye" for staging a house and this, no doubt helped us get the best value in the sale. I also appreciate how hard he has worked to build up his business through door knocking and personal contacts. Lastly, his personal integrity and committment to doing things the right way was both respectable and gave us the assurance that we were in good hands.
