As the premier "go-to" seller in the area, I'm confident in her abilities and issue my utmost strongest possible recommendation to secure her services when considering relocation. In 2015, she listed my home at 12. PM, and four hours later the home was sold! Yes - FOUR HOURS! Nivia helped us buy our first house. She was our house-buying shaman. She helped us fill out all of our paperwork and made sure it all ended up where it was supposed to. My husband was deployed at the time of closing and Nivia came with me to the title company for the paperwork signing, and it was so great to have a familiar face there. If anyone I know wants to buy a house I would absolutely recommend Nivia.

She was very nice and very fast she got me in to see the house the same day. She helped me figure out what a good offer was was helping explain every step of the way and we submitted the offer.

Nivia Lourenco made the process of buying my first home an enjoyable one. Nivia was very knowledgeable about homes I was interested in and quick to research an answer if she did not know off the top of her head. She was very honest about home attributes, not just trying to make a sale. When we found the home I wanted, she was there to make my offer the most appealing offer available. She made sure we had done what we needed to when we needed to in order to keep anything from holding up the sale. Thank you Nivia!

I gave Nivia an idea of what I was looking for and she delivered. I have heard purchasing a home can be very stressful as it is a large purchase. My experience having Nivia as my agent was the opposite. She is a great person and an awsome realtor. I will continue to use her for my future purchases and will recomend to anyone in need.
