I've been searching for property for a few years now, in both Indiana and Michigan. I wish that I would have met Nick a lot sooner in the process. With his help, I finally found the one that checks all the boxes. He was always quick to respond to any and all of my questions, and never made me feel like I was a burden even though I had a lot of them! Nick also made the fact that I was buying from a different state a non-issue, which I very much appreciated. If you want to save yourself some time and stress when looking at northern MI real estate, I highly recommend hiring Nick and his team from the outset!

Vinnie is the best! Don't look any further for a quality agent. He is professional, kind and knowledgeable. He is responsive, answers questions in a timely manner and always has a positive attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Vinnie again as my agent for anything. I could go on for miles but save yourself some time and just hire Vinnie!

Nick has been absolutely fabulous to work with over the last two years. Every time I wanted to look at a house, he was available. Every single text he promptly responded. I finally found my house and everything went seamless and Nick was amazing. I would recommend him to everyone.

Vinnie helped us to buy our first home! Was super helpful and responsive in helping us on our home search! Kept us updated on new listing's and weighed pros and cons of each house with us in a killer market. Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking to buy a home!

When we first started looking for realtors in the UP - we had the hardest time finding one that was actually interested in being a realtor - they either wouldn't even return our calls / emails - or we had to do all the searching and then beg them to line up a viewing. Nick on the other hand was very responsive and constantly sending us new listings as they hit the market. He was great from day one, and stuck with us for years. We started out just looking - knowing years down the road we wanted to retire to the UP. At first we were looking for vacant land to build anywhere in the UP, then for houses on a lake near Marquette (where Nick is from) and Munising, to finally looking for a house in the Manistique / Curtis area. He stuck with us for YEARS, adjusting the listing he sent us to our ever changing wants. He accommodated us several times when we wanted to come up and view the houses, even during a family emergency with his newborn child (he arranged for a couple other realtors to show us the houses in his absence). If your looking for a great realtor - Nick is your guy! He even followed up with us a few days after our closing - just checking in on us to see how things were going in our new house.
