We recently worked with Nick Krautter, Glenn Matz and their team to buy a condo in PDX and are so glad we did! Glenn was very knowledgeable about both the condo market and what to consider when buying a unit. He responded promptly to our many questions and advocated well for us. Lacey led our condo walk-throughs, helping us get in ASAP to new listings. Given Covid-19, we were cautious about exposure; Lacey worked with us to make sure the viewings were efficient and safe. And Diana did a fantastic job of keeping us organized and on track with the many details, which I know was difficult with buyers in two locations and the pandemic as well. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

The home was on the market on Friday and sold over the asking price on Monday. Nick and his team are very professional; details are very thorough and keeps you updated every step until it is sold, you don't need to call or question how it is coming along. You can certainly tell they are experts in their field. Highly recommend them your real estate needs.

Great buying experience with Diana! We were in a challenging situation as we were living in a different state and moving to Bend with limited availability to look at places and come for inspections, etc. We had the best experience and support through the entire process that it seemed too good to be true! We have purchased multiple homes and this was by far our greatest experience! I highly recommend partnering with Diana and team!
