I can’t say enough good things about Nichole! As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and had lots of questions, but she was patient, kind, and quick to respond to all of them. She made it clear that my comfortability was her number one priority. Not only was Nichole knowledgeable and professional, but her genuine and down to earth personality is what made all the difference. I genuinely had fun getting to work with her during such an exciting time in my life. Buying a house is a huge decision, but the entire process I knew that I was in good hands with Nichole. I would highly recommend Nichole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

From the start it was very clear that Nichole was listening to what we were looking for. We traveled several hours each time we came to look at houses and she was always prepared, respectful of our time and was flexible when we needed her to be. There were last minute glitches with our loan company and she put the pressure on them to make our original closing date. Others had recommended her to us and we will definitely be recommending her to others!

Nichole did a fabulous job selling our house. She was fast with responses and helpful through the entire process. The sell only took a couple of weeks to complete and closing was so easy also. Her general knowledge of the area is incredible.

Nichole was great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, provided great communication. She met with me at my convenience. Started communicating immediately. She had our lot sold within 5 days. The closing process went smoothly as well.
