Throughout the process, Nick was there to assist in a difficult situation. Very knowledgeable, and willing to help at any time. He was able to navigate and successfully breakthrough a very trying process with the VA. I would definitely recommend him as an agent and if we are ever in the market to buy again, Nick Rhodes would be our first call. Again, thank you Nick for your hard work.

He was real professional, and very helpful in all aspects. I wish I had used him 5 years sooner to sell my house. He was very helpful with the fact I am living 9 hours away. He was highly motivated and really worked well for me and what I was needing. I had tried using a couple other agents prior to him, and they never let me know anything about showings, he kept me completely informed. I was told about every showing, and then feedback every time. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in selling or buying a house in that area.
