We’ve used Nick for three real estate transactions. Here’s why we recommend Nick: --As a buyer’s agent, Nick listened into our needs/wants and showed us a house we initially dismissed based on the online listing. Nick encouraged us to see it anyway, and wow, it ended up being perfect for us. He then negotiated a purchase price far below asking and much lower than we expected. --As a seller’s agent, Nick was a tremendous resource, consulting on which projects/repairs we needed — and those we didn’t — prior to listing. We utilized his contacts for projects and repairs, and the work was done well and priced competitively. --Nick’s photographer/videographer is fantastic. He’ll get the best out of your home. --Although Nick is a busy agent, he responds quickly to texts and emails. Nick is a true professional; he takes care of his responsibilities and then some. We highly recommend.

Nick was very professional from beginning to end in our home sale. He priced our home well & negotiated a favorable price well above asking. In walking us through multiple offers, he advised pros & cons for each offer & ultimately recommended we accept an offer that was in our best interest, not necessarily his. Nick did an OUTSTANDING job selling our home. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate and he goes the extra mile. The communication was superb. Nick always kept us in the loop on what was happening and what to expect. If we ever had a question, he was consistently just a text message or phone call away.
