Nate was very professional and quickly determined the mist effective ways to market my property. Because of some unexpected transfer issues, the process likely required more patience and perseverance than many sales but Nate was always professional and helpful. I was confident in his knowledge and guidance.

Nate was easy to work with and had good recommendations. Made my trips from Pittsburgh easy and worthwhile. I would recommend him to anyone buying a camp/house in the area. Nate did such a great job helping me purchase my home. I’m a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing, and Nate helped make the whole process go smoothly. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. He was also very on top of everything, which I appreciated so much, as I was in a time crunch. If he had any concerns about a house he was showing me, he was up front about it; he truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He’s the best!

I can't say enough good things about Nate. I contacted him to help me sell my parents house and he met me right away. I had no idea what I was doing and he walked me through the entire process. He even helped me with some of the other processes of selling an estate. He was honest and helped me get way more out of the house then I thought we ever would.

Nate was excellent and went above and beyond in representing me in purchasing property. The purchase ended up being a unique and very complex purchase involving working with many agencies and through various challenges. Nate was extremely professional, patient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The deal could have went sideways several different times but Nate's persistence, communication, and ability to guide me through it all, exceeded my expectations.
