Nate was our listing agent when we sold our house in August 2024 - apologies for the late review. Nate worked with us for about 3 months in total because we had some work to do on the house we were selling and it took a long time to firm up a closing date on the house we were buying. We also had a little quirk in the sale - the occupancy date for our new house purchase was 2 weeks after the sale date of the old house. We were able to navigate that with zero issues. I think the best aspect of working with Forrest Realty is that they work to maintain a base of people that are looking for a new house. Nate had been working with potential buyers prior to when the listing went live on a Friday and we had 12 showings over the weekend, and competing above-asking offers by Monday afternoon. Shout out to his photographer as well, wish I could remember his name. We took Nate's advice on how to stage our house and that coupled with the photographers knowledge of showcasing the best parts of our house really was a difference maker. We really and objectively thought our house listing was better than any others that were on Zillow at the time, and the amount of showings in 2 days was a testament to that fact. I do have one regret - it is that we didn't use Nate as the agent on our new house purchase. We don't plan to ever move again but if that happens, you can bet we will be reaching out to Nate.

Nate did an outstanding job helping us find our dream home!! I simply could have not asked for anyone better. He was honest about what he thought about house conditions, prices, if it was worth the hassle of putting in an offer in, etc. He went and showed us every house we wanted to look at and told us his personal opinion! With this he helped us find our dream home! He was super easy to communicate with, and answered any and all questions I had! 100000/10 would recommend Nate to anyone looking for a home!!

Nate was great to work with, he took the time to help us find what we were looking for. He was honest about what he thought about prices and the condition of houses. He walked us through every process & made our first time home buying experience easy!

We found Nate just by happenstance and we are sure glad we did. We were new to the area and looking to downsize. He listened to what we wanted and perfectly interpreted it to what we needed. After looking at several listings, and being very patient with us, he found us the perfect home! He was also able to give us several contacts in the local area for yard maintenance and management.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Nate. He showed us some good options and ultimately found us the perfect home. He was always readily available to answer questions and got us in to see potential houses very quickly. No regrets working with Nate. Recommend him highly.
