Nancy kindly agreed to 'market' my deceased parents' home. Instead of attempting to sale the home myself, she provided several services for a fee. She listed the home, provided the realtor door-key, followed up on contacts who viewed the house, offered advise, gave feed-back on the seller-buyer documents, and attended the closing.

Though this was my first home buying experience, i would say Nancy was just the right person i needed. She was so patient, and aknowledged and understood and kept to the list of what i was looking for in a home. I was scared when the process was taking long and i am not much of a risk taker that she was going to be pushy just to get me of her client list. Its been a year and and seven months in waiting, and yes thumbs up to a great realtor. In as much as sometimes it was hard for me to make the final decision, she was there to give me her views. I am just thinking for as long as i live in this house i will remember the experience, even if i move on the impact will remain for life. Thanks and wishing you the best in your business.
