We recently had the good fortune to have Nancy represent us as both seller and buyer. We entered the market at a time when it was beginning to slow, but Nancy was confident in her evaluation of our home and market, and thankfully we trusted her judgement. She was always professional, upbeat and energetic, and nothing ever seemed to be an imposition. She even attended each home showing we had! Nancy always communicated quickly and was great at resolving any obstacles. Her knowledge of the local area, service providers, and how to navigate a successful negotiation makes her a valuable resource and advocate for any seller/buyer. On the purchase of our new home, we had many questions and Nancy was always generous with her time. She offered opinions on homes we toured, and suggestions to include in our offer. In the end, Nancy's experience and generosity prevailed and we were exceptionally pleased with our home purchase. She truly believes in getting the best deal possible for her clients and even facilitated a rent-back deal with our buyer so we could stay in our former home for a month until our new home was ready! To say that the level of service provided by Nancy exceeded that of any previous realtor we have worked with, is not an overstatement. I believe that happens only when someone truly enjoys what she/he does.

Nancy has so much integrity. She is your ultimate advocate, a true expert in the area, and a class act. She navigated us through our out-of-town home purchase speedily. We put our full trust in her, not seeing the house in person until we closed, and wow did it pay off! She will work hard for you and get you exactly what you want. You're in good hands with Nancy.

Nancy was not only knowledgeable but very sweet, kind and helpful in selling our condo. She went above and beyond by helping us stage, checking on our home while we were gone and guiding us through the process when the market cooled off. She stayed very positive. She knows her stuff!

From start to finish, Nancy was top-notch! She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, but even perhaps more importantly, she is a true professional in every sense of the word. Nancy is kind, hardworking, understanding and extremely responsive. If you are looking for a realtor as a buyer or seller, give Nancy a call. My experience with Nancy was wonderful - she went above and beyond and helped in many ways that made the transaction successful and a pleasure. She was not just interested in a commission as some realtors are. She cares about you as a person and your circumstances and solves issues as they arise. She is a true professional and I recommend her and would not hesitate at all. She also helped me find my new home and made it a fun experience and was available on my time and worked around my schedule which made the selling and buying process extremely easy. She is an asset to the community.
