Nancy was extremely helpful in helping us find our home. She was knowledgeable about the area as well as pointing out potential flaws while viewing many properties. She was responsive and helped us navigate through the stressful process of purchasing our first home. Nancy is well connected and can point you in the right direction regarding acquiring homeowners’ insurance and setting up home inspections. She checked in with us a few days and a few weeks after settlement to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

Nancy helped my partner and I find our forever home. Previously we had a not so good experience with another agent. Nancy came in and saved the day. She made the process stress free and easy. She is very knowledgeable of the area and knows a lot of people in the industry, which worked out in our favor to be honest. She gave us her honest opinion but also took into consideration with what we wanted while looking for our home. I would recommend everyone to Nancy. It was a pleasure having her as our agent.

She went from realtor to friend to mom. She still guides me today with all the nuances of becoming a home owner. She said she was going to block me but I know better??. She must have showed me a million homes in the past year and some change but she never wavered. Never pressured me into something I didn't like. I never felt pressured. Which was key! She knew everything and everyone which made navigating through the process so much easier. She's the GOAT. Her communication was on point. She got me exactly what I wanted. She has in-depth knowledge of the market that was so helpful setting the riight competitive price and made great recommendations to prepare the house for sale.
