Kristi was very accommodating and took us all over to see houses in NJ and PA. When we finally settled on a house in NJ she was very skilled at helping us negotiate - in a very tough market - to get the home of our dreams! She was very responsive to all our questions and requests. No messages were ever left unanswered!

15 minutes after I met Kristi I knew that she was the person to help me. She asked me what was I looking for in a house and I let her know as well as i said to Kristi that this was my Christmas present to me. Kristi said we’ll let me help you find your dream house, let’s get started. I had the Faith and Kristi had the hope, the kindness, knowledge, and termination. She never shot down my dream down or made me feel bad when i said that i wanted a 4 bedroom. After going out a couple of times I said to Kristi that I am will to look for a 3 bedroom and she said Ok if that’s what you want. She guided me, she said no if the house was to much work. Kristi said to me, we are going to find your dream house and so we did. Kristi knows her job and what i love about her is she check the houses out that way when you go looking she will tell what’s wrong with the house. I have already recommended her to all my family and friends. All of them have been asking who is your Agent ,Kristi Shawley I reply and my words are if you don’t have Kristi Shawley I pray that things work out for you but If you do get Kristi Shawley then you will get your dream house plus more.

Kristys negotiating skills are what really helped me secure my property. She was a good meditator and cooled off some awkward situations during a property deal between family who werent very polite to eachother. She probably has a family counseling degree. Thank you Kristy! You really saved the deal!

Beyond words ....she is the BEST. Very knowledgeable, professional, and a great agent for buying and selling. I had dealt with a bunch of real estate agents in my life. But she is totally different. She is very patient and always available to help.
