When we relocated to Kentucky in 1998, we didnt know anyone. We wanted to buy a home in Scott county. We saw Nancy's advertisement and chose her to help us find a home. We didnt know her, nor did anyone direct us to her. We became friends with her and have kept that bond for all these years. She sold us our first home here and we lived in that same home until 2018. We decided on purchasing another home, so I contacted her immediately to put a bid on it since I knew it wouldn't last long. We bought our new home through Nancy plus she then listed the home she sold us 20 years prior. We had an offer just days after she listed it. Nancy is a sincere, honest and caring realtor and friend who will go above and beyond to find you your home that suits your needs. We love Nancy and admire her for her dedication to her clients.
