Munise was very knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to find property in. She took into account all of our wants/needs and did not stop looking for the perfect house. She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us narrow down our search so we were very efficient. She was very flexible and always available to answer questions we had.

We got our dream home by the help of Munise. Although it was worst time to buy a new house, but even with the market the way it is, she made the process easy and comfortable for us. She was always happy to drive to open house showings and no matter how far away they were. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Thanks to Munise’s expertise, the very first offer we put in was accepted. From acceptance of the offer until closing, she made sure we met all deadlines with paperwork and other details.

Munise was a fantastic partner in buying and selling a home, responsive and hard working to make sure every step was successful. With her calm and knowledgeable guidance we were able to weather the difficult moments and successfully make a successful offer, negotiating a lower price, as well as sell at a price higher than we thought we could do. All in all, she was a bastion of calm in the strange storm coming from the normal process plus navigating the uncertain landscape of the pandemic lockdown.
