The first thing that stands out about Monique is her attitude. She is warm, enthusiastic, and always positive. Always. Finding a home is hard enough as it is, so Monique’s attitude toward the challenges makes a big big difference. I suppose any decent realtor knows the law, the housing market, and know how to negotiate a good deal. In this regard, Monique is as good as any other. But when it comes to hanging by your side through the ups and downs until that deal is closed, Monique is absolutely unmatched. 10/10 would recommend.
