Monica was absolutely incredible to work with. She made the buying process so smooth and enjoyable. She was a huge help with knowing the area and the areas properties. She made understanding the buying process extremely easy and was a great negotiator. She was very responsive and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I can’t thank her enough for everything.

Our house buying process was an adventure to say the least. There were issues out of our control. Monica did an awesome job problem solving to find a solution. She answered our million questions right away as well. With purchasing our home we gained a friendship with her! I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a home to go with Monica.
