Molly and Tyler helped my husband and I buy our first home. The entire experience was amazing! They both were extremely nice and attentive. We were able to ask any and all questions (even the ones we thought might be a stupid) and they answered them very quickly. Buying a home is not an easy process and can be an emotional rollercoaster but I truly felt like Molly and Tyler made our experience better. They are very personable, have a great sense of humor and make you feel like you are their only client. If you have any real estate needs don't even hesitate to use them. You won’t regret it!! Thank you again Molly and Tyler. You guys a great! :)

Molly and her team at Elevate Realty are amazing! Molly and Tyler held fun and inviting open houses for my sale and were able to timely and adeptly answer any and all questions regarding my purchase. I would highly recommend Elevate Reality to everyone in the market.

We worked with Molly to purchase our first house in 2016 and then sell it in 2023. She has helped us navigate every step along the way as these were two brand new processes for us. She responds quickly and clearly. The real estate landscape is super confusing and changes constantly- and she was always able to break things down for us in a way we could understand. She helped us make decisions by providing facts/data and her opinion based on what she's seen in her career. She stayed in touch with us in between buying/selling and was patient as we considered our next move. We purchased our second home out of state, but she made selling our Portland house seamless even though we weren't available in person. We've recommended her to a number of friends in the Portland area and will continue to do so! We were so lucky to have her by our side through both of these stressful/exciting life moments! :)

From start to finish Molly LeBlanc eased our anxieties, gave us reliable advice, and moved us expertly through the home selling process. Her knowledge of the housing market is tip top. She is also well-versed on Oregon laws governing home ownership. She was a pleasure to work with.

Molly and team were very responsive and did a great job keeping me up to date on everything. The overall listing process was straightforward, and we had multiple offers presented within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Molly and her team!
