I had a very enjoyable experience selling my home with the expert advice given by Molly. Last year I attempted to sell my house with another agency, but the results were less than stellar. With Molly things went so smoothly. When I needed information, she was there with expert advice. She also managed the interactions with the buyer, which went well. She was both professional, and caring. I couldn’t have picked a better person for the job. With her at the helm, we already had a buyer in less than a month. That was fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. And count myself blessed for having her assistance in selling the house.

It has been over a year trying to sell this house with another agent. There was practically no action on the house. I saw the Ideal Agent ad on TV, so we thought we might try it and see what it was all about. Immediately, we got Kelly and she responded very professionally. She set up the pictures, video, and information on the house with the best. In one week she showed it to three people; one made an offer, and now the house is sold! There were issues that had to be worked out, and she solved them very knowledgeable and professionally. We are so glad we got her for our agent, and we will highly recommend her to anyone who needs help buying or selling a house.

I cannot say enough about how incredible Molly has been during our vacation home purchase. My husband and I had issue after issue with our lender and the appraiser they hired. What was supposed to be a 4 week closing turned into a stressful 4 months. The appraiser was awful and it took him over 60 days to get our appraisal done and sent over to us. There were several times where we thought we might lose the property, but because of Molly and how on top of everything she was for us, we are currently writing this review for her from our dream home. Molly kept constant communication with us and the lender throughout the entire process to make sure everything was getting done. I truly believe if it weren’t for her, her persistence with the lender to get their job done, and her insight we would not have closed on this property. Molly did everything in her power to make sure this worked out for us and for that, we will be forever grateful! Thank you, Molly! From the bottoms of our hearts!
