We only worked with Charles for a short time because he helped us find our house very quickly. He worked with us and got us everything we needed and was so fun to work with. He listened to everything we needed/wanted as far as house goes. He’s willing to drive as far out as you need as well. We went at least an hour and half out of the city and he was 100% willing.

Hayden did an outstanding job as my agent he helped me with every step of the way of selling my home. I highly recommend him to anyone that is wanting to sell or purchase a Home. he is knowledgeable, he is attentive to your needs. He will work hard for you.

Charles was our original realtor when selling our home in Edmond, OK and it was truly a disaster from start to finish. He is very personable and probably is lovely help when buying a house, but in 2023 was not experienced enough to sign on as a sellers agent. The most egregious error was putting our house on the Lawton MLS rather than OKC proper–we only discovered this when I reached out to another real estate agent and she couldn’t find our listing. He was also to preoccupied with his personal hobbies to adequately assist with selling our home, frequently out of town for softball games. The final straw was when he lied to me about personally hosting an open house. As I had already lost trust, I stayed in the neighborhood to scope it out. An HOUR after the open house was supposed to start, another real estate agent, smelling of weed, showed up with his teenage brother to host. We contacted Charles’ broker and he also did not take accountability and try to make things right within his team, but thankfully they did release us from contract so we could find somebody adequate. If you’re selling your home, seek elsewhere.

Mitchell Stafford is phenomenal! He went above and beyond for us during our home buying journey. He was always available, always helpful, and really had our best interests at heart. Mitchell is not only knowledgeable, but also passionate about helping his clients. I will recommend him to anyone who asks for a good real estate agent.

Hayden did a nice job keeping me updated with the status of my house. Even with the process taking longer than I had anticipated, he kept my confidence up that it would sell. He went to bat for me when the buyers were asking for more than they should have. I appreciated him having my back.
