Mira is an incredible realtor and amazing person. We are so grateful we had her guidance through the complexity and stress of the home buying process. Her experience level and understanding of the market is exceptional. She knows her field inside and out, and does high level research and advocacy in support of her clients. Her commitment to client education is unmatched. We were blown away from our first meeting about a house we wanted to bid on, when she came having carefully analyzed everything she could about the house and property, walking us through each important aspect of the pre-inspection report and guiding us through a range of considerations in making a bid. She helped us research lingering questions we had by doing phone calls to local contractors that day. She brought all this same attention to the second house we bid on (and now live in), on an even quicker turnaround time. Mira was a strategic, focused, and calm advocate as we went through a particularly stressful bidding process. And then she helped us all throughout the escrow period and then made sure we had what we needed through moving day and as we settled in. Finally, what made her such a good fit for us was not only her amazing expertise and caliber of client education/advocacy, but her rapport and people-skills. We had a lot (!) of stress about the house search, and don’t know how we could have done this without Mira! She does her work in a way that is so humane, warm, and full of integrity. And you’ll see that she leaves many final touches on her work that are so thoughtful.

Mira was highly recommended to us from a family friend and my wife and I consider finding her and having her help us buy our home in Bellingham an incredible gift from the universe. She was great with communication from meeting her, to scheduling viewings of homes and throughout the offering/being under contract/closings process. She gave thoughtful advice on the condition of all the houses we looked at. Mira helped us write a great competitive offer in a "bidding war" situation that ultimately helped get us the house we really wanted! She recommended knowledgeable local contractors to help us price out issues found during the home inspection and actually arranged meetings with them and was generous enough to be there in person while one examined the crawl space. After the close of the house she continued to follow up with us and confirm that we were satisfied with the house, settling in well and again recommending more contractors for some repairs and upgrades we were interested in. We will continue to use her for any real estate transactions we may be interested in for as long as we are in this area and she is in the industry!

Mira was a pleasure to work with. Her level of knowledge and guidance while finding our home was incredibly helpful. She taught us so much along the way and she had all the connections up her sleeve! She fought hard when it came to negotiation time. And for a process that is incredibly stressful, she was always their with a kind guiding spirit!

My wife and I had been trying to find a home in a tough market as first time home buyers. It took us a few years to find our home but Mira was patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
