I will never buy another house without Millie. She went above and beyond for my partner and I getting a house. We lived out of state and Millie found us homes to see online, she made sure things worked with our specifications, she even using her expertise in the area was able to work with the builder to get us the “inside scoop” after the house we wanted was sold but the builder had plans to build more houses. To add on after the house was built and we were missing a few very minor things (like a pin to hold up a shelf inside a cabinet, or an extra piece of weather stripping) Millie did not leave me hanging. She made sure the builder knew what I was missing and made sure they got me what I needed. I did not know Millie prior to her helping us find a home but I would say that Millie is not just a realtor she is someone I would consider a friend and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a house in the areas she works in.

We absolutely loved Millie and her soft sell approach...not pushy and once she knew what we were looking for she really stepped up our shopping experience; she really knows how to get a read on you and get you in houses she feels you'll like! We would recommend Millie anytime your looking for a new to you home. Thanks Millke you're the best!

Millie had got to be the best in all of Pulaski! She makes you feel like you are her only client. She is super busy, but she never too busy to respond quickly. Excellent services all the way around; professional, extremely knowledgeable, provides local contractors’ info, and keeps the sale on track! We will be asking for her help again for our next property for sure! Millie is the best, hire her!

Millie Weaver where do you start ,hardest working , never stops ,straight forward ,honest real estate agent east of the Mississippi. It was a blessing to have her sell our home ,she communicated always early in morning late a night but always their.Looking to buy ,sell then do not was your time with anybody else in the Lake Cumberland area call her,stop in her office Just get Millie Weaver King on your side and your real estate deals will be successful.
