As a first time homebuyer I needed a lot of assistance with the whole process and had a lot of questions. Kenny was very helpful and patient with answering any questions/concerns that I had in a timely manner. He helped guide me through the process of buying my new home in Dry Ridge, KY and even referred me to an amazing lender who was also very friendly and helpful. Kenny was very knowledgeable about the Dry Ridge area and was able to answer a lot of very detail specific questions that I asked him. The Parker Advantage plan provided me with a free home inspection on my newly built home and helped provide peace of mind that my home was built correctly. Kenny Sowards provided excellent assistance to us during our experience with purchasing a newly constructed home in Dry Ridge. He was knowledgeable on the entire process, and we felt that we could really trust him to keep our best interests in mind. We also greatly appreciated the Parker Advantage he was able to offer for free that provided a three-point inspection (foundation, pre drywall, and upon completion). This really gave us peace of mind knowing our home was free of defects, especially as a first-time buyer.
