My husband & I purchased a Fixer-Upper, to Flip! We had completed 2/3rds of the remodeling project when we met Michelle through Scenic Cabin Rentals. After seeing our house, we decided list it with her. Our experience was amazingly wonderful. We actually sold it for much more than we had anticipated. I already owned a cabin in the Red River Gorge and was looking to buy another one. Michelle would reach out to me every time one came up, I'd go look at it and say "nope, this one is not for me". I felt bad for how many times I said "no" but she kept contacting me until finally I went to look at another place and it was just what I was after. She was really easy to work with and knew all the in's and out's for the area and the buying process in general.

Very knowledgeable about available properties in our desired location. Worked with us to purchase property which had been for sale for an extended period, but had been taken off the market. Would definitely use here services again.
