10/10 would recommend Mike Opp to help with any home buying/selling needs!! He was very communicative at all hours of the day and was able to provide insight into the current housing market and give suggestions for remodeling needs and concerns. His construction background on top of his current real estate knowledge is a perfect combination to help his clients make positive and insightful decisions in purchasing or selling a home. Also, with Mike's help, my boyfriend felt that he was able to get the house for a DEAL! Who else can say that?!

Mike went above and beyond for both buying our new home, and selling our old home. He gave us many options of homes to look at on the MLS, was always available to answer any questions we had, spent time with us during showings, advocated for us, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire home-buying process. For selling our old house, he helped us know how to market it and got it sold in 8 days during a time when homes have been staying on the market for 30+ days! We couldn't recommend him enough and will continue to use Mike for all our real estate needs.
