I highly recommend Michele, I was lost after loosing my husband and did not know anything about selling my home and then having to find a new place to live. Michele was by my side every step, every text or phone call and went above and beyond what any real estate agent should have to do. She not only sold my home in less than 24 hours at asking price but then calmed me and worked with me endlessly on finding a new home in my budget. She handled both transactions with not only professionalism but also made me feel comfortable in trusting her that she had my back to make sure very thing was done with my best interest and answering my endless questions. If you are looking for someone who will work endlessly for you and cover all bases Michele is definitely the one. I feel I not only have a great agent now should I ever need it again but have also gained a friend.

I write very few reviews but felt I had to write one for Michele Steeber. I interviewed several of the top realtors for the Norco Marketplace when I needed to sell my Mother's home. Michele was professional and very impressive during our initial meeting. She proved to be the right choice as she handled the challenges of our deal perfectly with no surprises at any point during the process. I'm sure there are other very good realtor's for the inland empire but I know that there are none better. Thanks again Michele.

The way my husband and I were introduced to Michele was pure fate. After a couple phone calls / emails we had the pleasure of meeting Michele and showing her our house we wanted to list for sale. We spent the evening talking about the process of listing our current home as well as our needs / wants for our new home. We had one big concern about timing since I’m currently pregnant. She was confident in not only selling our current home but finding us our dream home in time before the baby. After looking at a couple houses we didn’t like we received a call from Michele saying she thinks she has the “perfect” house for us. Little did we know how perfect it was for our growing family. We saw the house a couple days later and instantly fell in love. We put an offer in the next day and thankfully was accepted. We listed our house the following day and accepted an offer the day after that. It just seems like everything was flowing as it should. Michele’s job was not over then...She had to process 3 different houses, with 3 different families, with 3 different move out dates and 3 different sets of needs. Not sure how she pulled it off but she did with nobody being out of a home for even a day. All in all, if it wasn’t for Michele I don’t think we would have found our perfect home. We can’t thank her enough!..Also huge shout out to her team. They were all so wonderful to work with as well!

Michele and her team were the consummate professionals from photography to marketing, to handling the thousands of details upon closing. Michele listed, held an open house and got three list price and higher offers in less than a week — all while I sat 3,000 miles away. I would heartily recommend Michele and her team.

Michele did a professional job of presenting my property and obtaining several offers within one week. She knew the right price to maximize my sale price but be competitive in the market to sell quickly.
