Lauren is absolutely the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She takes a personal interest in her clients, and is very detail-oriented. She was on top of every possible scenario and expertly guided us through what was a difficult home search. Her knowledge of the nuances of the local market was invaluable! She helped us to be ahead of the curve on every possible new home that came on the market, and her local connections were of great value, as well. She guided us through every single part of the home-buying process, taking our feelings into consideration at all times, and making us feel comfortable with everything that was part of the process. Mike and Lene are far and away the best Realtors I have ever worked with. I have used them for two home sales and two purchases in the past 12 years. They are knowledgeable, proactive, detail-oriented, hard-working and responsive. They have connections and can make recommendations for all of the other people you need when you buy/sell a home -- mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers, etc. Both of the homes I've sold with them were under contract within the first couple days, with multiple competing bids. They know the market.

Mike and Lene of Thomas Team are well known and respected real estate brokers in Evanston/ NorthShore. They sold my house in 2024 and I’m happy with the total process. Mike and Lene are professionals, understand the RE market and the people they represent. During the listing there was trust, organization, understanding, patience and cooperation throughout the process.
