Tanya was absolutely amazing!! My husband and I were first time buyers and scared! Tanya took us step by step, ever so patient with us..and was so amazing when it came down to negotiations etc. When she tells u to call or txt her for anything..she means it. She went above and beyond for us, literally around clock and responded to us immediately! This woman is the definition of a hard working woman in today's society that will go the extra 10 miles to get a job done. She's incredible, id rate 10000 stars if I could!! Definitely don't hesitate to reach out immediately, even if its just basic questions..her energy will definitely give u a sense of calm and trust me when I say she'll make it all happen when the time for closing comes!! She's so wonderful!! ??

Unbeknown to me, before I met John Polifka as an agent, we both served as firefighters for decades. That's all you need to know because firefighters help people and that's what he does as an agent. I know I can be a pain, I'm a worrier, and I like to know what's going on at all times, I hadn't bought a house in over 30 years so I had way too many questions. I didn't know about inspections, septic, wells and on an on. That didn't matter because John was there 24/7 and always helpful. He literally had an answer for every question I came up with. If he didn't answer the phone when I called he always called back in a very short amount of time. His support from beginning to end was absolutely incredible and while I hope I won't need to buy another house, I already know where I'm going if I do. You couldn't ask for a better agent. Period.

Sold my house to another real estate agent. lost $200 thousand just like that. Misestimated my new remodeled six bedroom house with all marble floors in the first floor, hard wood in all bedrooms, finished basement and in ground swimming pool, and all new remodeled bathrooms with huge walking closets that are all have a highly designed shelves and hangers. A property built in 1920 in wilkes-barre area in a very bad neighborhood was sold $250,000. where mine was sold for only $275000. It was like a joke, the real estate now the owner of my property actually has commanded me and my kids to leave for them to have their final walk before they make their decision where they have damaged a facet of the bathroom upstairs that caused dramatic leak in the basement that I have never experienced before. This is all just to deduct another $20,000 from the final price. So I had end up totally handing a property that cost a $750,000 for $250,000.They have made it sound all legal where I and my kids now are homeless and can not afford buying our own place. Thanks to Michael.

John was a huge help with both selling our house and finding our new one. We had really specific needs and he was super patient the whole time. He never pushed us to settle and always made sure we were only looking at places that actually fit what we wanted. He knows the market really well and was always honest and on top of everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through it.
