Having worked closely with Michael on the purchase of my first home, I would (and have) recommended him to my friends and family. His knowledge of the home buying (+selling) process and the local markets made the entire transaction about as stress free as purchasing a home can be. I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2 with Mike as my real estate representative. Mike is extremely knowledgeable as he knows the market inside and out. Mike personally guides you through the complex process of property transfer. From market analysis, to multiple showings, to negotiating the purchase, Mike is at your side every step of the way. What impresses me most with Mike is his extra effort to remain in touch with you beyond the sale/purchase of your new home. Mike is a member of the community and truly supports the community through volunteerism and philanthropic support. Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial transactions you engage in as an adult. I had my house on the market for one and a half years with two different realtors and could not sell it. I contracted with Mike and within two weeks I had an offer and sold my home. Mike did a great job, and I would use him again if I was selling a home.
