Michael was an amazing person to work with from start to finish. He goes above and beyond in looking at all aspects of the home and helped us look beyond the beauty of the home. Things like cliff issues, roof age, leaks, erosion.... all the things that become a headache long after the romance fades :-) Since we are not from Lincoln City, he connected us with handymen, general contractors, and even the city's short-term rental person.
