I absolutely recommend Michael Kent and his team (shout out to Cosette!) to anyone trying to sell their home in this terrible market! I had my home on the market for about 7 months when I lost hope. I took it off the market and was about to rent it again but I got a call directly from Michael. He seemed very confident in his team's ability to sell the house so I heard him out and glad I did because he brought the receipts! I'm a data person so I decided to go with Michael when he showed me the year-to-date sales of my prior realtor, that of another I had been talking to and of course his results. The other realtors had 2-3 houses sold as of May and Michael's team had over 50! I figured I had nothing to lose and figured I'd give it the summer. My house closed in 48 days and he delivered on every commitment he made which meant the most to me. He promised to call every Thursday or Friday and he did, even after we closed as a final verification we were satisfied. At every step Michael and his team were professional and offered guidance I wish I had months ago! Do yourself a favor and forgo hiring your cousin's neighbor who is a realtor on the weekends and will just list your property in the MLS and wait for something to bite. We could not be happier with the result that Michael Kent did to sale our house. This is a remote house and very custom and we were expecting to get as much as we could for it (who isn’t). With being a high price and remote we really wanted to sale quickly but we were realist as well. I met Michael about nine years ago in church. When we decided to sale this gorgeous house and quickly, the person I thought of was Michael Kent. He does an amazing job marketing other houses so I figured he would be the right person for the job. We joked that our other houses all sold in 10 days combined. Apparently he took that as challenge and was able to get in contract by 14 days. We were able to near asking price. He has an amazing team. All of them are on top of their game and very responsive with any questions and help we needed.

Michael Kent is a super PRO and awesome to work with. He kept us informed and help us sell our home in a couple days in a very saturated and tough selling market. He got us over asking price! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. Super great team.

This is the second home we've sold using Michael Kent's Re/Max team. His weekly updates, keeping us informed of market changes, showings, adjustments, ideas and his deep knowledge of the real estate market in the Phoenix area is second to none. He's got great instincts, does his homework and his team, including Cosette go out of their way to assist the sellers. We are thankful and grateful to have used Michael once again!!
