We had our home on the market for 90 days and were growing increasingly frustrated. We had taken out a bridge loan and needed to sell within six months to avoid carrying two house payments. At the same time, we were faced with caring for an elderly relative, and our home was simply too small for all of us—so our situation felt very time-sensitive. Thank you Michael Kent and Team! What a difference an agent can and WILL make in listing your home! We had such a poor - bad - experience with our prior agent. Poor presentation, no energy, and after too many months (!!!) NO SALE. After firing that agent, Michael Kent called; after speaking with him and listening to his plan, we gave him a short window to produce. After the first weekend of the listing, we had several offers for us to consider.
