Thank you Michael Kent and Team! What a difference an agent can and WILL make in listing your home! We had such a poor - bad - experience with our prior agent. Poor presentation, no energy, and after too many months (!!!) NO SALE. After firing that agent, Michael Kent called; after speaking with him and listening to his plan, we gave him a short window to produce. After the first weekend of the listing, we had several offers for us to consider. Michael Kent set out an aggressive plan to promote our home: had professional photographs made of our home, saturation marketing, multiple showings per day, they contacted many buyers that they were already working with to promote our home, his team was engaged and eager, and his track record of the number of home sales for the year excited my wife and I! Michael Kent and his team stood out when we called around interviewing realtors. He initially asked what our goals were and provided feed back and direction on how we could meet them. I absolutely recommend Michael Kent and his team (shout out to Cosette!) to anyone trying to sell their home in this terrible market! I had my home on the market for about 7 months when I lost hope. I took it off the market and was about to rent it again but I got a call directly from Michael. He seemed very confident in his team's ability to sell the house so I heard him out and glad I did because he brought the receipts! I'm a data person so I decided to go with Michael when he showed me the year-to-date sales of my prior realtor, that of another I had been talking to and of course his results. The other realtors had 2-3 houses sold as of May and Michael's team had over 50! I figured I had nothing to lose and figured I'd give it the summer. My house closed in 48 days and he delivered on every commitment he made which meant the most to me. He promised to call every Thursday or Friday and he did, even after we closed as a final verification we were satisfied. At every step Michael and his team were professional and offered guidance I wish I had months ago!
