Michael is an awesome guy, and the best realtor you could find. Even with the stress and struggles of selling a home he said and did all the right things for us and gave great advice, and got us more money at closing than we were expecting!

Michael is amazing. He was kind, answered every single one of my 8000 questions, and gave me information on every detail of my home selling process. He completely understood my perspective, allowed me to give input. The photos his photographer took of my home were amazing. I would and will recommend Michael to anyone I know selling or buying a home. My home had an offer on it while still in coming soon status.

Michael listed a duplex my wife and I owned for 15 years. The idea of being a landlord lost its luster and he gladly took on the challenge of the listing. After requesting his assistance, he had the property listed in very short order and did a great job showcasing the property with the best angles and photos. In the end we received multiple competing offers. He guided us each step of the way, proactively keeping us well informed, while leading us to a seller’s dream, a full price all cash offer! I would recommend Michael and Stacey to anyone that wants to buy or sell property in northeast Ohio. They have a deep understanding of the real estate market, are very professional, and will do their absolute best for their clients!

Michael was wonderful to work with. We tried selling our house by owner for a few months but we really didn’t know a lot of things. He took awesome pictures of the house and gave great advice. Had an offer within a month. I would definitely use him again and have already suggested him to others.
