Mia is the go to for a home buying buddy. She is a pro level realtor. When I first contacted her she couldn't help me with what I was trying to do (mostly because I wasn't as ready as I thought I was), and we almost hung up and parted ways forever...and just as I told her thank you for your time, she said "you know what? Hold on, I think I can help you, if you will let me" and thus began a journey of lifes ups and downs and more importantly, growth for everyone involved. No matter what life threw my way, she was always there to show support, never letting my personal setbacks discourage me from my dream of being a homeowner. Though it isn't common to take such a long time (my side of the home buying process was where the holdup was) she stuck by me for over a year, checking in on me, giving me words of encouragement, advice, and just to see how I was doing. We became friends. Mia has a gift for searching for the dream home that fits you perfectly. She is honest, she is fair, and she never judged or pressured me. She is not that "get you into a home quick and move on to the next buyer" type of realtor. She took EVERY consideration, preference, and request as seriously as if it were her own. She never let me settle for just any house, but rather guided me into finding my HOME. The way she filters out what you don't want, and focuses on what you truly are looking for, is magical. You want a 3bd, 2ba, big yard, no French/double doors, no bodies of water (pool, spa, pond, etc), fenced in, quiet, calm? You got it! After giving her my list of necessities, my list of compromises, and my list of absolutely nots...she found it...my dream home where I can raise my baby and plant her roots, and she even managed to find it without having to make any of my compromises, it was perfect as is, because she is just THAT good. She made sure that everything was set to start buying (the legality of the property, any maintenance that may need to be done, ensured there were no surprises) and she made sure the entire process was fair, and she never called me with bad news. In the end, once I got my life together and affairs in order enough to finally take the big step, she sent me the house she knew I would love, set up the showing for the next day, put in the offer the same day, offer was accepted the next day, and a month to the day that I viewed the house, I closed on it. Everyone's experience will obviously vary, but if you want someone that sincerely makes your search for your dream home a priority, Mia is your realtor!

Mia is very quick and explanatory with her responses. Shes very kind and informative. She texts me back any day as soon as shes available. She was very helpful!

Ms.Mia Johnson is a Excellent agent I wouldn’t have no one else to help me find the perfect home I gave her five stars our communication skills was on point her personality is perfect for this job and I appreciate her????????????
