Merisa was very helpful in listing a house for me that I owned in Sherman, MS. I wasn't sure what price to list it at and she did a great job of getting me a good starting point. At first I actually thought she was listing it at too high of a price but I trusted her and took her advice. I'm extremely glad I did because it sold in just a little over a month very close to the listing price. She was very easy to talk to, very responsive, and worked extremely hard for me. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was very happy in my dealings with Merisa. She was always pleasurable to be working with and took care of everything well. If she didn't have the answer she would research it and let me know. I would recommend Merisa to any one and every one.

Merisa is a fantastic realtor. The next time I buy or sell real estate, she will be the first realtor I go to. I was a first time home buyer, and I tried three other local realtors prior to Merisa, and was dissatisfied with all of them. They would either show up 30 minutes late(or not at all), try to sway me into purchasing a home I didn't desire, or expect me to do all the house hunting myself, and for them to just show up and collect wages. Merisa though restored my faith in realtors. She was everything that the previous realtors should have been. She is punctual, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and very understanding. She never tried to push me to buy a home(even after we had been hunting for several months), and she regularly at all hours of the day and night answered my questions, since I was new to the whole house purchasing process. In the end I got the exact house I was looking for, and could not have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone.
