Melissa stepped in to facilitate all of the cleaning, repairs, and inspections on our property. We live in Florida, so she stepped in to complete a lot of work on our behalf all the way up to the closing. She went above and beyond to be sure all the details were in order and everyone was happy. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to keep her "cool" when things didn't go as planned. I was very impressed when she picked up the paint brush to finish putting the final touches on the kitchen cabinets. She is truly amazing!
