Missy was awesome to work with! We met with her and a few other realtors when we first relocated to Ohio and found Sold Buy Stone to be our favorite meeting. Missy is a local which was extremely helpful when we had questions about the area, school districts, last minute showings, and recommendations for other businesses like fencing, radon, etc. We probably saw ~15 homes in two days before stumbling upon an unexpected new build that we loved. As first time home buyers, we had quite a lot of questions along the way and Missy was always quick to respond to our texts with everything we needed to know. Because we found a new build, we didn't really get into any negotiations, but Missy was great in following up with the builder company to ensure our inspection issues were being resolved. We were blessed to work with Shahne and Missy Stone. Their professionalism and knowledge were a great asset to us as it’s been a long time since we’ve bought/sold a home. Missy and Shahne Stone made a difficult situation as stress free and painless as possible. Our family had several rental property to sell after the death of my father and navigating all the legalities and decisions could have been overwhelming without them advocating for us. They are expert realtors with integrity and compassion. They worked tirelessly to get the best deal possible and made the extra effort to schedule the closing at my elderly mother's home to make it as easy as possible for her. Our whole family is so grateful for Shahne and Missy Stone. You can trust them absolutely to represent your best interests.

Shahne and Missy are wonderfully helpful in the very confusing maze of buying and selling a house. They both were helpful with suggestions and answered a myriad of questions without making us feel bothersome! We highly recommend!

April/May, 2023 - Springboro, OH Missy and Shahne are nothing short of amazing! My husband and I weren’t really looking to move but a house popped up on the market that we had to see. I contacted Missy and I was able to view the home the very next day. She helped us through negotiations and finalizing a contract with ease. She goes out of her way to be sure things get done correctly and with clear communication. She walked us through getting our house on the market and we were under contract within 48 hours of listing. I’ve worked with Missy on residential home sells and purchasing as well as commercial over the last 10 years. We’ve had 6 real estate transactions with them and have never been dissatisfied with anything along the way. Her and Shahne are top notch, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
